SO MANY!
Pole. Aerials. Dance. Flex. Strength and conditioning. Think of us as your own fitness playground.
Our only request is that you always check and respect the prerequisites required for any classes, to ensure you have a good time and keep you safe.
For complete beginners, this means sticking to any classes listed with a ❤️on the timetable.
You can find more information on our class types here. Plus click on a class title in the SP app for a full breakdown of that particular class, including any required knowledge or skills.
-
Being on a waitlist means that the class is already full but you are next in line to join should there be cancellations.
You will be assigned a number in the line (eg #1 in waitlist means you will be added first, #4 means that 4 more people will need to cancel before you are offered a spot.)
You will be notified by text if you are added to a class, and can either accept the booking or cancel without penalty via the text should you not be able to make it.
-
You can also open up your app and there will be a tile on the home page letting you know what week it is.
-
FULL CLASS DESCRIPTION SPREADSHEET
Or you can click on any class in your SP app and it will also have a breakdown of that class in particular
Still have questions? Email us! info@sydneypole.com and we’d love to recommend you some classes to try!

No! The beauty of training at Sydney Pole is the complete flexibility of how and when you attend class.
Tech classes all follow the same syllabus, meaning if you miss your usual Tuesday class, you can attend the same week on a Saturday and learn the same content.
Majority of our stretch, strength, conditioning and chorie classes are also drop in friendly, so you can attend whenever your schedule allows.
-
The absolute best way is via our branded app-search for Sydney Pole Dance on your phone’s app store and download.
Apple link is here!
Book classes, cancel bookings, update your details, view class types, get news, event updates and more.
-
Our cancellation window is 6 hours. Cancel before 6 hours before your class and no penalty will apply.
Cancellations within the 6 hours before class will either have the class credit forfeited (class packs and all but Limitless memberships) or potentially a late cancel fee applied (Limitless only)
