Better flexibility means better movement, healthier joints, improved posture and a body that simply feels good to live in. After a day of sitting at a desk

You don’t have to want to get your foot behind your head to benefit from flexibility classes- these classes will improve your all over mobility and wellbeing, leaving you feeling limber and loose in the best way possible.

Unless otherwise specifcied, our flex classes are open level, meaning EVERYBODY is welcome and progressions and regressions will be given for each indivudual based on their needs and skill levels.

What to expect:

- accessible dance based warmups to prep your mind and body for movement

- conditioning and flexibility exercises to build your strength and confidence

- the foundations of safety and technique to protect your body

- learn an entire dance routine to put your new skills to use!

From Technique One, dance and technique are separate, giving you the full hour of class to concentrate on perfecting your tricks, strength and combos.

Our eight-level technique syllabus isn't about rushing through tricks, it's about learning them properly.

Each level builds on the last, helping you understand movement progressions, master solid foundations and develop the confidence to tackle more advanced skills safely.
